The essential oil of clary sage has :

Estrogen-like and aphrodisiac properties: helps combat menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes and decreased libido and helps regulate the female cycle

Antispasmodic properties: helps fight against involuntary muscle contractions - especially cramps related to menstruation.

Calming properties: helps to regain calm

Anti-perspirant properties: helps to fight against excessive perspiration.

Properties against the secretion of sebum: allow to advise it in case of oily scalp, of oily skin.

It is used, mainly, by cutaneous way in massage, in diluted form. More rarely, one can have recourse to the diffusion or the inhalation, but it should be known that its odor is very particular. As for the oral route, it must be used only on medical prescription or an aromatherapist.

Do not use on babies and children under 15 years old
