Ballade de Baccari is a pleasant wine, with aromas of red fruits, fresh and intense. It has a greedy mouthfeel with a supple tannic structure.

It will go well with mezze, grilled meats, family dishes and cheeses.

Ballade de Baccari is aged 80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in 500L to 600L barrels for 10 months then for 12 months in the bottle.
